COVID‐19 – CUSTOMER INFORMATION

APRECO is experiencing unprecedented demand from our customers across the globe as a result of the COVID-19 crisis and in order to meet these requirements the health and safety of our colleagues must always be our first priority.
We continue to communicate and implement Govt. advice on minimising the risk of infection with regards to social distancing and other measures at our manufacturing site and have taken a number of steps across our business.
We have implemented the following measures:
• Job sharing for office‐based staff to ensure social distancing and backup cover.
• We have already setup homeworking facilities for those employees who are able to work from home; They are now doing so until further notice.
• It is our intention to keep production operations fully manned, whilst following strict hygiene practices and government guidelines.
• If any staff start to show any symptoms, they are aware of the need to self‐isolate with immediate effect.
We remain in constant contact with our customers and supply chain. However, whilst we are continuing to take all necessary steps to safeguard supply, we are also mindful that COVID-19 could have impacts on our business outside of our control. If we believe supply disruptions are likely we will communicate these as quickly as possible.
In these difficult times our company has a critical role in the supply of products directly to the NHS and we aim to ensure continuity of supply to all of our customers. We will actively prioritise critical production to ensure that current demand for the NHS is met whilst aiming to ensure other customers delivery schedules are met as timely as possible.
